We wanted to show how NFU Mutual better understand their customers needs by highlighting tangible benefits that they offer – showing how NFU Mututal do right by them. The campaign used yellow silhouettes to highlight the shortcomings of other insurers and became a visual branding device. The national launch included two TV ads based around car & home insurance and several press ads directing consumers to find their local agent for a more personal service.
Results
Brand tracking showed product awareness & consideration levels increased by significantly over 8% in every category. Total visitors to the website increased by 33% and local agent web pages by 43% compared to the previous year.
