Work Philosophy

We're not big on hierarchy, departmental boundaries or even offices. We like to work collaboratively between disciplines, with our clients and even with other companies.

At Midford Place we share working areas with other like-minded organisations and we collaborate with them both formally and informally. It's stimulating for all of us and we believe it means we can get to fresher solutions more quickly.

In practice, "Doing things with people, not at people" is about being happy to share your ideas and your thinking and letting people build on them. There are no hands hiding your work at Farm, we are what we share.
